SUCCESSFUL SEMINAR

Soke Joe Ruiz, Hanshi, 10th Dan taught a very successful seminar on Saturday, November 10th at the Austin Carriage Museum in Ladylake, Florida.

Sensei's and Students from around the southeastern U.S.  seized the opportunity to learn Matayoshi Eaku AND Sankaku. All agreed, the training was spectacular

and the fellowship beyond description. Nestled in the country outside the Villages of Ladylake, the Austin Carriage Museum's banquet room was the perfect setting for

a Martial Art Seminar. Soke Ruiz, 10th Dan began by teaching Matayoshi Eaku, a long Kobudo kata utilizing the Okinawan Oar, in two sets. Practice ensued until

lunch break. The Afternoon began with Soke teaching the third set and combining all three. At the end of the day, Soke introduced us to Sankaku and open hand kata.

An amazing experience for all who attended!
